A little while ago, I stopped by LIFE, a supermarket I don’t usually go to.
And there it was — vegan cream stew roux!
I don’t often see vegan stew roux in regular supermarkets, so I was honestly a little excited.
When I checked the ingredient list on the back, it looked pretty simple.
So of course, I put it straight into my basket.
I tried it at home, and it was really good — creamy, comforting, and easy to use.Even my kid liked it.
I forgot to take a photo of the finished stew…
If I see it again, I’ll definitely buy it.
